As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities. On Nov. 21, in partnership with Airports Minority Advisory Council (AMAC), it held a session for certified (or currently in progress of certification) ACDBEs in the NY market and beyond (+URW Advance Network, AMAC) interested in equity JV partnership opportunities at JFK.

Participants learned JV partnership basics including structures and basic requirements, how JV partner opportunities may fit into your short- and long-term business goals and how to prepare. The webinar covered upcoming opportunities and how to get connected with prime operators, and resources available including the URW Advance Network.
