Brad Tollefson named to Queens Power List 

Honor reflective of URW’s terminal transformation at JFK Airport 

We are proud to recognize URW’s Brad Tollefson, Senior Vice President, Development, for being named to Schneps Media’s Queens Power List.  

Bringing more than 20 years of expertise in airport commercial development, Tollefson is currently leading URW’s $125 million commercial redevelopment in Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and spearheading the $9.5 billion New Terminal One (NTO) project where URW is the exclusive commercial developer and manager for the 2.4 million square foot state-of-the-art new international terminal at JFK.  

This is the second year Schneps Media has identified and brought together close to 50 of the most influential movers and shakers across the borough for their Queens Power List.The honorees were celebrated at a networking celebration at Terrace on The Park in Flushing Meadows Park on Thursday, Oct 19.

This year’s honorees were a diverse mix of the most impactful professionals across industries including transportation, healthcare and financial services.
