Preparing for LBE Retail Store/Kiosk Accelerator and Food Hall Opportunities

With the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) underway, JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities.

Recently, our team invited local retail and food and beverage businesses to learn about upcoming opportunities at JFK T8. Attendees also had a chance to learn how to prepare for our Retail Accelerator program and food hall through a panel discussion featuring URW and the Institute of Concessions and have direct conversations with URW personnel through match-making sessions—where entrepreneurs could provide detailed information about their brand.
