As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities.

On Jan. 18, in partnership with Holt Construction, it held a session where attendees learned what types of coverages are required for the Terminal 8 project, reviewed common exclusions and how a reduced premium may impact your coverage, and heard from one of the area's leading construction insurance professionals while getting their insurance related questions answered.
