As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities.

On August 17, in partnership with Holt Construction, it held a session to inform of what to include in bids, what should be considered to keep a profit margin, and understanding the terms and conditions of a bid response.
