Watch Now: Preview of Holt Construction Packages #1 and #2

As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities.  

On August 3, in partnership with Holt Construction, it held a Preview of Holt Construction Packages #1 and #2 session overviewing the following topics: the trades required for the initial bid packages, scopes included in the packages, potential for smaller bid packages, a step-by-step process to begin bidding, and how to get ready to prequalify with Holt Construction.

Attendees had the opportunity to meet the team and review the early base building bid packages #1 and #2 for the JFK T8 Redevelopment Program at this informational session.
