Watch Now: Release of URW Holt Construction Package #1 and #2 for JFK Terminal 8

As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities. On Nov. 30, in partnership with Holt Construction, it held a session where attendees heard an overview of URW Holt Construction Packages 1 and 2 for work on JFK’s Terminal 8 before they are released for bid and learned more about available bid packages as well as tips for preparing bids--while gaining a better understanding of the descoping methodologies that will be used to review bids.
