Watch Now: Understanding Contracts

As part of the $125 million commercial redevelopment for Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), JFK T8 Partners, the Unbail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports-led team, is looking to partner with local, minority-owned businesses for construction and concessions opportunities.

On Jan. 11, in partnership with Holt Construction, it held a session where attendees reviewed master contracts and project-specific subcontracts, reviewed select contract language important to successful performance on a project, learned how to properly read a contract, and how to best frame questions around the contract's parameters and requirements.
